As a photographer being aware of the smaller details can be very important. If your a landscape photographer you are quite familiar with the idea that finding a great looking vista can be helpful for how engaging your image is going to be. It stands to reason that with boudoir or lingerie photography great looking lingerie is going to be important.

If you are setting out to create a certain type of image, the styling that you use is vital to how well the image is going to convey the message you are trying to give with the image. Think of this as props to tell a story. Using amazing lingerie can be the difference from a cheap tacky image to a styled, finished image.

Over the years I have photographed lots of amazing lingerie but I have found the Maison Close range is quite well suited to my style. I thought that a blog showing some of the images made over the last few years would be fun.
