The last time Lauren and I shot we didn’t shoot any portraits.. why I am not sure but that gave us the perfect thing to do this time.  Everything here was shot on the D800 & Sigma 105mm lens which is one of my go-to lenses for this type of portrait. Black and White photography is arguably one of impactful genres. There is just something about the simple tones that invites a viewer to begin to unravel and interpret the images.
